Booking FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
Preferably 3 months in advance but depending on our schedule we may be able to accommodate with shorter notice.
Can I get a quote?
Yes. Feel free to contact us using the above form or email us at info@oregonkotokai.org.
Should I provide a sound system?
Depending on the size of the venue/attendees, we may need a sound system.
Can you perform outdoors?
Yes, but we do not wish for our instruments to be exposed to direct sun/ rain.
How much space do you need?
The minimum space for two kotos is 4’x13’. Please see this attachment for more information.
Do you have specific requests?
Please provide parking close to the performance area. Green room to store cases, bags, etc. Depending on the location, we may need accommodation.
